What a great place. I love the pool - it's not crowded like all the public pools, so I get to do laps without having to worry about bumping into people. The owners and staff are friendly and welcoming - it doesn't have the 'corporate' feel that other gyms have.

First time back at the gym in a year, felt welcomed and comfortable with Deb who made the initial process back into fitness smooth and inviting! Equipment looks great, lots of classes to choose from and the women's change rooms are sparkling! Excited to have finally found a decent gym :) ps did I mention they also have a salt water pool?!
