For $65 they essentially just wash it and buzz a vacuum around. Under my seats weren't done and the front of my car still had bird poo. I questioned the quality and asked for the poo to be removed. I got told that it's $110 clean. I don't think the underground darkness lets them really see where a little elbow grease is needed rather than a quick soap and spray. I also came home to discover my garage remote is M.i.a from my centre consol and will now have to replace it. My car is definitely cleaner, but not worth $65 at all.

Customer service and quality of cleaning is awful. If I can score 0 I would. I will NEVER gonna come back to this place. Worst car wash I've been in Canberra!!!

Awful service and quality, paid for a full exterior wash and polish. Found gum on my rear bumper that looked like it had been covered with black marker to match the paint, polish residue left in most every crack between panels on the entire ute, exterior rubbers were not covered and are now stained and look awful, it has all dried into the paint which I can no longer remove without paying even more money. 10/10 do not recommend this business at all. Better off washing by hand or somewhere else.

Had my car washed and polished, while jamming their vacumn down the seat gaps they disloged my electric powered drivers seat it is now completely broken. Star car wash policy is such that they can trash your car and you can't do anything about it. Never again.

Iv been using these guys for the last 3 years averaging about once a month can't fault them always done a great job
