There is almost anything you can wish for a beach park. Free parking, grass areas, tree shades, picnic and BBQ areas, coal and trash bins, public restroom, cafe/restaurant, dog beach, kids beach, wavy and calm locations, nice views, ... Playground: There is an average size playground Restrooms: Large and clean restrooms with shower Dog-friendliness: One side of the beach is off leash area Picnic area: Picnic tables under cover and bbq equipments
This is a great park with a beach nearby, and not very far from the city. The place is clean and not very crowded. There are plenty of parking spots. The park is big enough to accommodate the usual crowd, but not many BBQs are available. The public toilet and shower are maintained well.
An easy 5/5 recommendation for me. Really quiet beach with no many people there in the early mornings before 10am. Although I will want people beforehand though that there are a lot of people fishing there as well. So obviously you’ll need to exercise a bit of caution when swimming nearly due to potential risks. There are also lifeguards on duty so you can feel somewhat safe should you wish to go into the water. But again, beware of fishing lines and jellyfish.
Nice park area close to the beach & you can watch the hangliders land.
Great park next to the beach 50m. Kiosk and public toilets. Playground and space to kick a football. Car parking for over 100 cars.

The grass area in the park is well maintained, it has a picnic area and a playground for the kids. Early in the morning the cockatoos are all over the place looking for food. The last time I was there, most of the bins were well closed, but there was one opened and you can imagine the mess. My favourite spot is the beach though, it's beautiful and it kind of invites you for a walk or just to stay there relaxing.
It’s a good place to visit but it’s really hard to find parking over there. It took us 30 min to find a parking spot. Plus the café’s aren’t good. We ordered wedges but they provided us with some salty potatoe fries, we couldn’t eat them. Coffee was not good.
They overcharged me, got my order wrong and skipped me in the line. Horrible customer service, do not recommend
Beach beautiful, however I have never gone to a beach kiosk to buy lunch and drink and been refused service simply because I wanted to pay cash !! Credit card or the EXACT cash amount only was what I was told. Very disappointing
