I highly recommend Phil Griffith. He is the most genuine and caring lawyer. I was very dubious seeking legal assistance as being my 1st time and Phil was so "Ridgy Didge", ethical, "Old School", over a handshake that he could help me.  It is so refreshing to find a Solicitor who actually is genuine I'd imagine, wants to help, is empathetic, compassionate and doesn't charge you by the minute.  I'm "Old School" also and really was so grateful that he phoned me the majority of the time so we could discuss all matters in detail including courteous progress updates always and never rushed me.  The astounding part was that he indicated at our first consultation his approximate total fees and stuck to his word without any hidden surprise fees.  Also he has the best Barrister you could imagine because he won my case and exceeded my expectations without having to go to court!  Do I say more? I can highly recommend Phil Griffin as I couldn't be happier with the outcome which also happened in a timely fashion due to his expertise.
