At St. Luke’s we celebrate the life of Jesus Christ and share the hope that his resurrection brings us.
St. Luke's is within the evangelical tradition. We are positioned in the busy commercial hub of cosmopolitan South Melbourne.
We are a parish deeply committed to proclaiming and demonstrating the principles of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We seek to communicate the gospel using the gifts that God has given us. We are about Celebrating Christ’s Life within us and Sharing the Hope held out to all in the good news of Jesus Christ.
St. Luke's consists of people of all ages and backgrounds that have been brought together and united in Christ. Because of God's love for us, we see ourselves as a vibrant community with something to offer. We therefore seek to engage the community around us, inviting all to come and join in with us - whether that be at one of our services or at some of the programs that we offer.
Our activities at St Luke's are focused around a beautiful 150+year-old bluestone church building, heritage listed vicarage and a church hall.
Whatever your background or beliefs, we would love to have you come to St. Luke's and hope you will experience the love of God with us through Jesus Christ.
