Had the best experience here. The girls are so so lovely and kind, and they created the most gorgeous bunch of flowers I’ve ever seen. Won’t go anywhere else for flowers from now on!
I placed an order in the early morning and the staff did a fantastic job! The flower bouquet was very nice with great selection! Nice work and service! I am satisfied that I can attend my graduation on schedule with the exceptional flower bouquet.
Very overpriced, they charge $6 for birthday cards that look incredibly cheap. I got there at 5.10 and was told they were closing, and I couldn’t pay cash for some reason. Incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. The store has a very strong and overpowering cheap perfume smell, wouldn’t return unless absolutely necessary.

St Lucia house of flowers is a quality florist. They have provided our family with consistently high quality beautiful flowers for every occasion in our lives for over 25 years. We have tried other florists but always return for their exceptional service and arrangements. Recently an interflorist order placed through st Lucia house of flowers went missing at a Newcastle hospital. Tanie the owner went above and beyond to track the misplaced order and then replaced the lost arrangement with a new bunch at their expense. Truly exceptional work and service from st Lucia house of flowers. Can highly recommend.
Called ahead and checked they we okay to make a 70 dollar arrangement in the arvo around 3 pm and was all good until I arrived and the attendant didn't want to answer any questions or give prices for any flowers when asked simply saying "They are all different prices." They were quite rude and made it obvious they didn't want to be there so I ended up just leaving. Went to Toowong and they did a great job and were very helpful. Would not recommend this place.
100 per cent recommend. Erin is a brilliant florist who has artistic flair and her creations are simply beautiful. Would never go anywhere else. Well done on a fantastic business
I ordered a bouquet similar to one on the floor for pick up two days later. The one they made was very different to the one that I requested both in terms of flowers and colour scheme. They used a lot of cheap flowers, and I don’t feel like I got value for money. I won’t be returning.
