Cool atmosphere! The upstairs area has a cozy and nice vibe. Service was good. Desserts were really tasty but not worth the cost. We found it to be quite pricey. Good location. We went here fir dessert after dining out for dinner across the road. Ice creams looked good.
The quality of our ice creams and coffees was excellent. However it disappointing that the staff were clearly overstretched and it took long to get our coffees. It took a while to even get acknowledged. Can do just a bit more to reach its fullest potential.
Open on a public holiday but understaffed, super slow service and no explanation or apology. Shouldn't take a half hour to make a takeaway flat white.
How do you serve someone without manners? Not only that but bringing me dirty cutlery after I had to request for it. I never knew I was paying to be disrespected. Customer service goes a long way.
Been to this place so many times, and will continue to do so. Creamy rich ice-creams and and excellent dessert based cocktails.
Wonderful service. Seating in out available. Carparking at the back of the shop.It trendy Hype Park. So much to see and do.
