"Park Manager" if you could call him that was rude and didn't even attempt to be friendly. Staff stayed up til past 5am drinking and yelling which could be heard throughout the park and when a complaint was made "management" just laughed. Bathrooms were filthy, with toilets blocked and toilet paper wasn't stocked, 4 female toilets available for the whole parks use and only 3 showers. Drive way was full of pot holes, I wouldn't bother attempting to drive it if you don't own an SUV or have an older van. Such a shame, this park is in a prime location and would be great if any type of maintenance actually occurred and it had a staff overhaul. We won't be returning.
Absolutely disgusted. Toilets blocked. No toilet paper. Mould in the shower. Wayne the manager. So rude all the driveways are full of huge pot holes. Wreck your vans driving in Staff stay up partying till 5am keeping guest awake. Another guest complained. Wayne just laughed. Couldn’t pay eftpos. Cash Only
Wayne the Manager is so so helpful gave us a nice shady site unfortunately the whole site is old and a bit run down but Wayne did everything he could to make the site and good as it can get. It was perfect for our dogs just off the foreshore Thank you so much Wayne Blessings Jenny
Do close to bsach. Our neighbours Croatian welcomed us with plate of food.
Called to make a booking, Wayne was obnoxious, I’d obviously interrupted him watching tv or something, “can ya call back later” “whattya want can u call back in the morning” told him to forget it his professionalism was revolting, won’t recommend!!!
We won’t be back. Good location but the ladies toilet block had no lights and rarely any toilet paper. The charge for a site was crazy considering we had to share a power pox with the site next to us and run two extension leads. It seemed as though we were just shoved in the cabin next to us’ parking spot.
Absolutely beautiful, specially now the warmer is coming park has so many lovely people looking forward to great holidays at StLeon ards.

Stayed here recently at the first time. The vibe was great, everyone was friendly. The park and toilets were clean and well looked after
Good spot pretty close to town, has plenty of toilets and showers but just make sure you lock up the bikes. We have had our old bikes out to see if they get stolen but so far they are still here. But I have heard that some have been taken.
