Went in on a Saturday morning, NY eve, 4 staff onsite and cannot take my cash to deposit mo ey in my account!!! unreal. Apparently employed today for enquiries only. Ridiculous

Applied for an additional credit card 4 moths ago and I'm still waiting. Also, when I originally filled and signed the application form, the employee forgot some document in the printer and I had to go back the day after to sign them. Impossible to get a hold of them on the phone.

Brenda the bank teller was extremely helpful with my banking needs. I find the Bankstown branch a lot friendlier than my local in terms of customer service.

Came In today 3/1/20 and was served by a lady named Tania. I handed her a cheque to deposit and she was very rude she started laughing at me. When I told her not to laugh at me she started yelling at me. Very rude customer service never going back there again
