The food here is quite nice but it does fall flat a bit when considering the price. We enjoyed the focaccia and the burrata but was sad when we tried to do the burrata pull and it just broke like solid with no ooze but I’m no burrata expert. The pasta was fine but a bit too sweet for our liking but still nice and we enjoyed our pizza too. Service here was nice when it came to waiting our table but because we didn’t make a booking, the male staff member seemed quite agitated but we were able to be seated outside despite the place never completely filling up anyway.
Ehhh look, food was delicious but it was very expensive for the serving sizes and you leave only half full. Total came down to $175 ?!. I get that when you move up into classy/fine dining territory, you pay for service, presentation and quality over quantity but that linguine bay bug dish charged for $52 is criminal. Give it an extra bug or two at least. Service was great but Italian fine dining is milking it
Great Italian food executed really well from entrees to mains to dessert!!nService was super awesome !! The gorgeous Abbey looked after us all evening with beaming smiles to welcome us n making great suggestions to the menu n even extended way beyond her duties of turning on her phone flashlight to enhance our photo taking exercises!! Good job Abbey!! nnWe had a lovely time n even though Spuntini is a 35 min drive away from home, we will be there again very soon!! nnWell worth a visit!!nThanks Team Spuntini
Loved every single dish we ordered. Especially the pizza with the burrata and surprisingly the chocolate cake. I also havent seen a pizza with pistachio or honey on it so perhaps this has some middle eastern flavours mixed in the Italian?? Everything was flavoured perfectly. The only thing that was only a bit underwhelming was the prawn pasta, but only because the pizza stole the show.nnI can't forget about the waiters too. They were very attentive and very friendly. Up to par or better than a lot of fine dining restaurants I've been to.nnSo happy to stumble across this hidden gem.
Absolutely nothing that I could fault! The atmosphere, the service, the food! Wow! It’s the perfect restaurant for a date night and their menu has so many delicious sounding options you’ll find it difficult to choose!nnI highly recommend the mozzarella toastie and the grilled prawns, they were stand outs for me, as well as the Spuntini Signature dessert - so refreshing!nnA big recommendation from me!
