POOR customer service!!! Waited around for like 5 minutes or so. The restaurant wasn't even busy when we arrived but no one greeted us or showed us to a table.nnIt didn't seem like they cared about their customers at all nor their staff. Half of the time they were seen arguing with each other in front of the customers. Not very a good look. Bad service, bad team work!!nnOnce we were seated...someone manager? came by to take our orders but as soon as we said something...he rudely ignored us and decided to answer his phone calls one after another. I think drive through at Maccas would have better customer service than this place!!nnReally enjoyed their mussel dish special menu for the night. This dish was served with a delicious tomato sauce in a nice soft edible bowl made from pizza dough.nnAlso, ordered their squid ink risotto scampi, scallops and prawns. The scampi was very fresh. Not sure what happened to the prawns but it was crazily salty. I only had two and couldn't finish the rest.nnAnd once again...back to the service level here. The waiter did ask how our food was and just we opened our mouths to answer...he walked away and started making a conversation with another customer. Clearly poor communication and listening skills!!!
There were 8 of us and it was our first time at Fratelli & Co.nThe staff were very friendly, the food was great but not amazing but the restaurant had great atmosphere.nThe only negative thing was it is well over priced for what you been served.nSorry but won’t be coming back.
We just moved into the area and this was our first night out in Concord. We feel very sorry for the other restaurants as the bar has been set very high. The food and wine was exquisite but the standout was the service from Manuel. Have fun in Tuscany! Thank you, we’ll see you again soon.nExcellent Tuscan wine selection from Manuel below
My husband and I went to Fratelli & Co. for date night. It was a lovely experience. We arrived 20 minutes early but the waiter tended to us right away and seated us, offering something to drink while he set down our menus. We shared a pizza capricciosa and the Pacheri con Guanciale di Manzo al Sugo di Chianti short tubed pasta with braised beef cheeks. The food was fantastic, and there was a relaxed atmosphere. I gave 4.5 stars because while the waiter was friendly, I felt that he was trying to up-sell all the time. I get that it's part of his job but it was a bit overbearing. I'd rather just be able to order what we want without feeling pressure to order more. I would definitely go back though!
Really good local Italian spot - delicious food at a reasonable price. The pastas and pizza never disappoint.
