Thankyou to Hernando and the team I’m sorry I’ve forgotten the others names but one was a lovely male student and a lovely female officer, the student did a great job on getting iv access I have terrible veins but he managed very well and was so kind so was the lovely lady with them it was the second call out in a few weeks and they were so quick and so kind and professional I couldn’t have asked for better care. Hernando looked after our little shitzu dog while the student was looking after me and he was just so kind to our little dog who didn’t know what was happening and was quite distressed when the ambulance arrived but Hernando put him at ease very quickly and they both fell in love with one another I only hope I can upload the photos as they are beautiful that my friend took who was here visiting but if not maybe someone at the station can tell me how we can post. We put it on Facebook on our feed with the caption Hernando going well and truly beyond the call of duty but I do thankyou you all for both times you came out you took such great care of me and Leonardo the dog Kindest regards Karen Nettle Bee Farm Rd call out 4/4 and 22/4 from Springwood station

Shout out to the great team of Springwood  ambos. Needed to call them for my elderly  husband, prompt response, thorough and professional, while still very kind and friendly. Very confident in their care and management  of our situation. Well done Brett and the boys !
