The receptionists were so friendly.nThe staff professional.nI felt at home with the care taken by the two wonderful ladies at the front desk.

I am happy to recommend Quantum Radiology. I go to Springwood for any imaging I need. The staff are kind, professional and very knowledgeable.
I had a scan today but forgot the referral. The wonderful young woman on reception got in touch with my doctor and arranged for the referral to be sent.nI think this must be a regular situation because she knew who she was speaking to. She did not make me feel embarrassed and just fixed the situation.nWhilst I was waiting there was an older couple who were a bit confused about what they were doing. The young woman, Nimisha, was very, very patient with them and calmly and respectfully explained what was happening and why.nBoth instances indicate fabulous staff doing really good work.
So thankful for the customer service I received. They squeezed me in on the same day that I called at 8am and then called back they had an earlier appointment. So thankful for them being so accommodating and the sonographer was very good too.
