I had a scan today but forgot the referral. The wonderful young woman on reception got in touch with my doctor and arranged for the referral to be sent.nI think this must be a regular situation because she knew who she was speaking to. She did not make me feel embarrassed and just fixed the situation.nWhilst I was waiting there was an older couple who were a bit confused about what they were doing. The young woman, Nimisha, was very, very patient with them and calmly and respectfully explained what was happening and why.nBoth instances indicate fabulous staff doing really good work.
All of the staff are great.nSandy and Zoey who performed my scan were very informative and created a relaxed environment for me.nThanks again.
Beautiful practice with amazing rads that help me out with my chest xray! All the rads especially Zoe, Harold, Vicki, husham, Sandy and Christine are all so nice!
I took my 9 week old daughter for a hip ultrasound and was treated very rudely by the sonographer. She did not explain anything about the ultrasound process to us, complained about the all the “layers” my daughter was in she was in a bonds onesie and socks and it’s also a 12 degree day and kept saying how grisly my child was while the scan was happening. The worst part was at the end where the scan was over and I needed to change my daughter’s nappy. I tried to pick my baby up but the sonographer pulled her away from me. I said “no, I’ll take her” and the sonographer argued with me and took my baby out of my hands, saying it’s policy that in the scan rooms the babies cannot be handled by their own mum. How ridiculous. It was really distressing experience and I will definitely never be going back for future scans.
So thankful for the customer service I received. They squeezed me in on the same day that I called at 8am and then called back they had an earlier appointment. So thankful for them being so accommodating and the sonographer was very good too.
