A great and spacious furniture centre, deserving of its sufficient rating of 4.3 stars.nnAn ample options featuring popular furniture brands such as IKEA and Harvey Norman.nnRewarding it 4 stars because I am not entirely satisfied with the food options.
Pretty empty there today. Black Friday now a month long over Remembrance Day and Christmas a couple months early sale? #costoflivingchrisis
Parking was relatively easy, walking around the store was easy, staff members asked whether we needed any assistance rather than us having to ask them for it, which was nice. Meatballs were delish. Only downside is that staff assistance for those with injuries could have been a bit better - my partner has a rotator cuff injury and couldn’t lift heavy things properly to the car. We were told to go all the way to the other end of the registers and wait for a staff member to support. We ended up giving up waiting and just managing as best we could on our own - there should be a better system regarding this.
Walked in to Harvey Norman, seen 7 staff sitting there talking in a group, no greetings walked over to the couches what we were there for, 30 mins later not one assistance nothing, to busy chatting away doing nothing, lost a sale and customer
This is certainly an interesting shopping precinct. It is solely focused on home related goods But also has some small specialty stores as well all within one large shopping centre. It's easy to visit the stores on the different levels as it is not very large and the escalators are easy to spot and find. However, whilst the parking area is very expansive, it is not very pedestrian friendly at all. You're not supposed to use the multiple fire exits to enter or exit so you have to walk a fair way away from the entrance to the shops in order to get inside, it's also not very well illuminated in the carpark, which can make visibility a bit of a problem for people with poor eye sight.
