Excellent Customer Service today as usual, served by Elliott in Whyalla. He is ALWAYS smiling, happy and polite no matter what. An asset to Whyalla's store.
Went today and found some great little beading containers was really happy as the lady really tried to help then the man tried even more I was looking for a beading tray as mine burnt in my house fire and I havnt been using one since and it is so hard.going back later to look properly as was so busy.
Oh I am so happy that Spotlight is back in Whyalla. Update 2024 However i know it is Christmas time but imho the place is overstocked, to the point it may become a ohs issue for customers and staff alike. Basic rule of economics is supply and demand, it must balance. Some great deals but no good if you cant safely walk down aisles, tried to get some curtain panels but the aisle was full of boxes and it wasnt a case of delivery day either, the aisle was like it for the best part of a month, needless to say I didnt purchase anything from that department. Why order more stock when there isnt the physical space in the store o hold it. Staff will serve with a smile. Regardless. This would never of happened in the store i worked at in the early 80’s
Absolutely beautiful store and fantastic staff! Can't wait to head back for my next Cricut Demonstration.
Staff are great, but in general, the store is understaffed. The shop looks very messy, and correct pricing is really hard to determine. Staff are always working hard I just don't think can keep up with the amount of customers.
