What a great shop! This was the best experience of shopping within BCF we have had, Dave the sales person was happy to be there and extremely knowledgeable. Other staff were happy to be there also. Dave gave us local advice on snorkeling and fishing, I don’t usually write reviews but this guy needs a mention. Cheers Michelle and Rino
I struggled a bit to find what I wanted; the store layouts at BCF are not logical to me.
BCF are quick to sell you stuff but not to replace or refund if you the stuff. I returned a Century battery that wouldn't hold charge and was told I could have neither refund nor replacement until Century checked it over whenever that would be. Maybe I'm just another dissatisfied customerwhich are many but I won't shop there anymore.
Found what we were looking for. Staff were very helpful.
Purchased a recliner out door chair.nVery impressed with it.nOnly draw back I'm short and it was way too big for me.nSo.nMy son returned it back to the Whyalla S.A. store with in an hour to get a refund.nWas told it would be returned in 5 to 7 days that was the 4 th Dec.nHe phoned the store in town on the 16th Dec, and was told to go on line.nWhich he did for me, it's now the 23rd and I'm still waiting for the money to be refunded into my account.nNot impressed at all.nYour right with your add.nBC....Fing alright.
