Never knew it was so big on the inside, very well stock up. Best part good price and with VIP card further discount. I used my Anaconda card. I like their Smash food container for school lunch and snack. Their tea light candles are cheaper then those Ikea. Their bed linen range we also like and most of the time on sale. Staff are so friendly and helpful.
A well stocked spotlight, friendly staff and parking close by. Nice to have time to look at easy to sew patterns and browse through the variety of fabrics to choose from. Don't often come to this store, very nice, and love the huge ficus tree growing around their building.
Sooo love this place. Budding resin artist that got himself a cricut joy..... ooooh maaaaaan yeahya!!!!!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!! Can't wait for my crafting journey!
Worst customer service experience EVER had me leave the store in tears! What a horrible place I will never return to. How RUDE the lady receipt says Maria that served me was! When the “store is closing in 5 minutes” announcement came on, I was hurrying to find the last piece I needed on my shop but to no luck. I asked for assistance but was directed to go to the sewing department for help. As I was patiently waiting in line I overheard the customers in front rudely told by the lady serving how they were taking too long and shouldn’t be here now because the store had closed. Then when I made it to the front, all I got out was “I was hoping you could assist me in finding-“ and was instantly cut off with “I’m not paid to work right now so I’m not answering your question. The store is closed. Give me your items to pay.” I have never experienced such rudeness, and all I wanted was an extra minute in assistance finding one item. I hope you enjoyed passing your bad day onto someone else and stunning me to the point I was crying before I made it out of the shop. Get a job where you don’t interact with customers maybe. And Spotlight, pick better employees!
Spotlight is a great store and usually has everything you need. This one is always very busy and some sections can be a little messy or haven't been stocked. The last couple of times I visited during Christmas for Christmas gear and there was only ever one person serving on the tills. It was very clear that other employees were not interested in helping serve even when there was around 10 or more people waiting in line. One lady put something under the counter and told the poor girl to call service one or the equivalent to get more people up serving and then walked away.
This Spotlight is massive. It is packed of so many products. Everything from bedding, cookware to fabrics. And so many choices available of every product. I was so happy with my mirror purchase that I did online. It was very easy to collect from the friendly front counter staff. And the young lady Staff in glasses section on Friday 8th January was super helpful. Showed me all the different brands and sizes of glasses available. I will visit this Spotlight from now on as I was so impressed with the amount of choice available.
staff wanted to help, but was scared of loosing their job because instructions from manager. I wanted to return something and even though in the return policy it stated I was allowed....the manager did not want to give a refund. staff took my phone number and email address for the manager to get back to me...of course never got back to me. I feel for the staff that works at spotlight....
Love this place for the range and specials. Staff are a mixed bag - very individual service - some terrific, some not. Twice yesterday I had to wait until staff were finished with their conversation about who was working overtime and who was going home! Would be awesome to just have 1 staff member roaming and assisting customers as a lot if us are doing a project that we'd live advice on.
It has everything you could want and more. Lovely customer service, in particular Beth or Bethany from fabrics was lovely. She gave me great information and inspiration.
This store is ridiculous. So hard to find staff, to ask information. And when by a miracle you manage to find somebody, they don't know anything. And the waiting time to pay for something....crazy long always. One time I thought I'd do click and collect to save time. Had to wait in the same line as people who wanted to pay for their goods. Waiting time was about 15-20 minutes and then they still went somewhere to get that click and collect item. What a waste of time.
