Looks like 9 am is the “ suggested” opening time at this store. People wonder why retail is so tough at the moment. Try opening on time and you may get more customers.
Last night I have purchased a candle at disk Inaloo. I had dropped an eftpos machine by accident. The staff at the shop was so nice and smiling even sorry to me I had to wait for the eftpos machine set up again. Thank you for your hospitality! I am definitely coming back. Also love the candle.
Rude staff member, refused to lower mask as I couldn't understand what they were saying, i'm slightly deaf and i lip read. I explained problem with a recently gifted diffuser and they wouldn't believe because i had no receipt. I'm an electrician and had tested the power supply myself, found a broken cable within the cord. Asked for replacement cable and after much back and forth they reluctantly gave one. Left feeling angry and frustrated.
