How amazing and lovely are the team at spotlight? Amazing and kind staff and always helpful! We spoke to Izzy in the craft/balloon area and she was so amazing to us, helpful even though it was closing time. She was very patient and always happy. Thank you Izzy!!!
Very helpful staff and great selection of products
I don't know why I go back ...I had to pick up a sewing machine quickly while passing through Brisbane...even though it showed they were instock they had none of the required model in-house. It is a recurring theme and from now on I think I will just shop online.
No staff to ask on the floor, but I figured out the sizing of curtains and tha many are sold as singles and after searching for a few minutes found a well priced, suitable sale item. Check out was friendly and fast.
Strong shop and range. Clean shop but a little overwhelming as long wait in getting material cut. Good parking outside shop or in upper car park. Thus you have a choice of traffic exits. Downstairs breaking into main traffic. Or upstairs with two ways out.
The entrance to the universe of crates, bobbins, boxes and DIY glitter packs hides in the basement carpark. Everything is as you would expect, no miracles no major issues. Good to have it locally.
The young gentleman in the fabric department was very helpful sorry but forgot his name. Will definitely go back to get more fabric.
Larger format store with handy underground parking and friendly helpful staff. If this store is your destination take the down-ramp that is directly ahead as you enter the main car-park.
Great shop. But they need a lift for prams, wheely walkers etc. I had to tackle going down escalator with my wheely walker
