A great helpful team. They know painting inside out.

Not helpful at all The attitude was unacceptable Worst experience ever

I had a issue with paint mismatch with a colour. I dealt with LuxhmyLucky with this matter. I visited the store around 4-5 times. All these times she welcome me with her smiling face, she spent her valuable time with me even though she had a very bussy schedule. She sorted out my issue. I am sure Dulux has come across an excellent staff member and I hope she will climb very high with a carrer and also will become a valuable staff member for DULUX.

All good, would be good if they catered for this those who want smaller cans if paint not just big ones.

I would like to reiterate my thanks to John at Indooroopilly DTC for his assistance in tracking down a specialized Woodcare Product we were desperately chasing down.  Brilliant job as always John.

Helpful staff, quality products

Rude and not helpful. The assistant and I say that assistant  hesitantly at the Dulux Trade Centre, Indooroopilyy on a Saturday morning, when I asked about a neutral colour our painter had suggested for our interior the assistant said  they were not colour consultants. I needed information about if they would appear yellow , green etc. I also wanted help with complimentary colours  for a feature wall as well He condescended to tell me what the base was in the neutral colour after some minutes. I didn't even get to a feature wall colour. Seriously go somewhere like Bunnngs , I got more help there. Sorry Dulux he did you no favours.

Very helpful in the service, i will go back again when i need paint, working in the area.

The staff go above and beyond to help you out and guide you through the painting process, even if you never painted before. Will only go to them for any painting needs now. Very, very happy!
