I shop in Spotlight stores across regional NSW and in Sydney. I have to say Spotlight Hornsby offers customer care and service to an exceptional level. Their staff are quick to offer help or advice and the store is neat and tidy even with large incoming stock level. Well done spotlight team.
First time visiting spotlight Hornsby . The store is so disgustingly dirty, products everywhere , incorrect prices on items or no prices on items at all! Be careful when you get to the register your prices will scan differently to what is displayed and where things are stacked by your staff and you will get attitude for questioning this, this is misleading conduct .
A great store with all your craft needs. The staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help with your crafts. We are new to the neighborhood and Spotlight is awesome for craft ideas and advice.
Great range of items and easy to get to. It's the closest Spotlight to me I'm a few suburbs away, so it's conveniently located being next to trains and buses. It is a little walk from both the station and the Westfield, but it's fine! They also have pretty decent prices.
The customer service here is so bad. I've experienced this on multiple occasions. The fabric cutting lady has a really bad attitude and sighs when you speak to her. She seems to really hate her job and it makes me not want to come. When you ask her a question I don't know how to explain it, it genuinely is in such a condescending and rude tone. Once I was asking where I could find a certain type of fabric, I expected her to come with me to find it but she just didn't say anything and pointed without even looking at me at a random place so I had to go looking for it by myself. Such a shame the customer service is so bad because I love spotlight and need to come here regularly.
