Great Officeworks! Friendly staff. Well sticked. Emily was extremely helpful and patient with my prints
Had some difficulty printing things here for my wedding. All 6 times I went to this store, there was not even 1 staff member to be found to ask a question to. So at one point we printed the wrong thing and another time they delivered the product after the date they said it would be ready by. You're better off paying a few extra dollars and ironically get a better product and better service online via Vistaprint.
Someone had pilfered the contents of a Christmas present, leaving the box empty. When this was explained to the on-site manager some days later, they were more than happy to exchange it. Great service - and much appreciated.
I had a fantastic experience with Joshua! He went above and beyond to help me find the right size package for my needs. Not only did he assist me in choosing the perfect option, but he also handled the entire shipping process seamlessly. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made everything so much easier
Bridget was a fantastic and friendly team member to have interactions with. She was very knowledgeable of the whereabouts of my list of items I was searching for.nThere was an issue with accessing the computer system, which delayed me by about 15 or so minutes hence the - star but Bridget was straight on the case and problem solved effectively by reaching out to other team members for assistance. My experience at Officeworks, although lengthy due to delays, was a pleasant one. Bridget’s customer service was down-to-earth and approachable, and most importantly extremely helpful when solving a printing issue I was unfortunately experiencing. She juggled multiple enquiries whilst still ensuring each customer felt valued and were educated on the products/printing options available. I hope to be served by her in the future!nnAdjusting my review to three stars after a less than ideal experience with a young man at the printing counter. Twice he walked away whilst I was talking and didn’t answer my questions. I’ve never had an experience like that in a store ever and honestly I was too shocked to say anything.
