Had 6 business shirts drycleaned. They shrunk every one. I can’t wear them any more. He essentially said, “I can’t see how that happened” and didn’t offer any solution. He accepted that the shirts had shrunk but did not accept responsibility as it is “the same process he uses every time and he’s never had any complaints” I have had these shirts drycleaned elsewhere before with no issues. I eventually got him to refund the drycleaning bill $42 but he refused to even consider paying for new shirts. Terrible demeanor and rude. I have to buy all new shirts now. DO NOT GO HERE.
Do not go here. Paid over $100 to have some things dry cleaned and repaired, returned 4 days later to be told they weren’t ready and the item to be repaired was still at the seamstress. Finally collected them only to find that the item had not been repaired. This was not mentioned when I collected the items, nor was it communicated beforehand. No refund was issued until I returned to the store to complain. Overall, terrible experience. Dismal communication. Will never return.
They didn’t even clean my dress, had stains and all sorts of marks on it. NEVER going there again!
Took some shirts in to be cleaned and pressed, appears no cleaning occurred, when pointed that out to the owner, the advice was: pay extra or wash them yourself. Stay away.
AVOID AVOID AVOID !!! Nothing was actually even remotely cleaned, some things were SHRUNK !!
