We had a party there, overall we all had a great time. Kids had a lot of fun. They were disorganized and it was a confusing process to enter. For the guests under 4 we paid for the adults entry, but they put spectator wristbands on the paid adults and full access wristbands on the spectators. Paid adults were dressed in boardshorts and spectators were seniors.. hello? Also I paid for two sandwich platters and only received one. When I told them at the office they refunded the $30 They need to get their party planning better organized.

Great place - had a great time there and food was well priced and excellent! Was pretty busy on their last day but we managed to get onto everything and got our food in about 20m which was fine as we waited in the swimming pool for it :)

I attended Splash with my family on the last day. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the water as well as the friendly staff. Reading reviews about a wait on food really makes me mad at the people who are just too impatient to wait as the cafe provides a buzzer so one can sit down and wait for their food, and on a busy day a wait should be expected. Bring your own food if you can't be bothered waiting, it's not a restaurant.
