We received the best customer service here over the last couple of days. Had some technical issues (not fault on the staff) and they were sorted out as quickly as possible and we were looked after very well by everyone from the optometrist's to the front staff. We have been going here for 3 years now and will continue to go here. Thanks guys as always 😄

I received a thorough eye examination and was treated with empathy and kindness. Tracey provided excellent advice and customer service, and the management took great care of me. These sorts of appointments and encounters are usually incredibly stressful for me, but I even enjoyed a laugh today. Thank you!

Every time I have been to this spec savers I have had an unpleasant experience. In one of my appointments i was given insufficient information and felt like i was rushed through as fast as possible, and because of that there was a mix up with my prescription. After receiving multifocals last year I called the shop to notify them that I was finding them very difficult to use. Even though they have a so called 3 month hand back if they don't work for u policy, the girl on the phone was very unhelpful and simply told me that I had to keep trying them. Now a year later they are still impossible to use but the warantee has lapsed. I get the feeling that their main priority is to make money, rathe than giving customers proper attention and advice.

Not too bad. The last optometrist that looked after me was really thorough. Their range of glasses isn't as good as some other places though. Especially men's sunglasses and prescription safety glasses. I am looking for a new place now because of the limited range.

Front counter staff rude,both pair of glasses broke in the same joint area within a week,they replaced 1 pair after I was grilled for 10 minutes like a criminal go to another specsavers these guys are the worst customer service you will get.BAD value Bad service
