I love my local OPSM Store at Caloundra, the staff are friendly and the service is excellent. Christopher Smith is an amazing knowledgeable optometrist but also a cool guy and you can have a laugh/joke with him, unlike a lot of OP's they can be a bit behind the times and not very friendly! Melissa and the girls out front are so awesome, so lovely to chat with and very helpful with choosing frames, I think I tried on 20 different pairs and Mel was so patient with me. Thank you all for your service, I love visiting you all.

I need an annual eyesight test for my over 75yr old license check. The service was very helpful , thorough and professional. I have used this OPSM service several times and will continue to do so.
This team work together. They give the experience of a collective family. Everything is explained with ease and fun from the moment I introduced myself for my booked appointment. The whole experience was great. I was sleep deprived from shift work and the optomotrist was open to how my eyes cope with stress. It was a relief to find out a simple adjustment to add to my daily routine will help the health of my eyes. From the steps to my presciption to choosing my frames, I was listened to by every team person and actally had fun! I am looking forward to the arrival of my new glasses. Thank you Caloundra OPSM my visit was worth every minute.

I bought my first set of glasses 3 years ago without any assistance. They didn't suit me and I hardly wore them. So when I approached the young woman at Caloundra OPSM last Wednesday with all my complaints about why my glasses didn't work for me, she helped me with my complaints, guided me to suitable sets of frames and scheduled me in for a check up. I'm extremely happy with the results, the advice she provided that suited my many demands. After being fobbed off by many others I finally felt confident enough in my decision to buy a new set of glasses. I can't wait for my new glasses to arrive!
Had a wonderful experience at OPSM Caloundra. Josie was very friendly and acknowledged me straight away when I entered the store. She is very knowledgeable and was very helpful with my enquiry. Winnie the optometrist is very experienced and professional, very efficient and thorough in the eye test. Perhaps one of the best optical store I’ve been to.
The Staff are very Friendly, the Optometrist Chris & the Salesperson Melinda very professional...had been with their opposition but will endeavour to be an OPSM Customer 10 out of 10 Guys Linda
Staff amazing and helpful where needed. After 6 years of the same frames, and only a slight change in prescription, I am looking forward to selecting a new set of eyes.
