I liked the services provided by all the agents. I always served very politely with relevant information. I thank them for providing their valuable time in certain circumstances. Particularly I loved talking to kritika and liked the way she helped me with proper guidance. I highly recommend friends travel.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of a flight cancellation through this travel agency in May 2022. While the agency initially promised a 4 month refund period, I found their customer service to be lacking in its responsiveness and follow-up. Despite multiple attempts to contact them regarding a refund, I was met with little to no communication. It is with disappointment that I cannot recommend this agency for any future travel arrangements based on my experience with their customer service.

Best ever travel agent so far among all the agencies I have ever used in Melbourne. Booked the ticket with Ruhi and she managed all the difficulties I faced due to poor management of the Airline quite brilliantly. The Airlines changed my 2nd flight for unknown reason making my transit almost a day long from just 4 hours. That happened not even once, but twice. Ruhi took it up on her shoulder and managed both the times efficiently. I know, it was a difficult task, but Ruhi made it very simple.I am back to short transit now.  Extremely happy with the service I had from her and will strongly recommend Friends Travel  to everyone for sure. Great agency and people to deal with. Thanks Ruhi, thanks Friends Travel.

They are not interested in doing business. Called, spoke to someone named Sunny who said they would call me back with price, never did. I called back spoke to Neha, who told me they would call me within 30 minutes . Never happened. Don’t waste your time with this business.
