New management has contacted us and resolved previous issues at their cost and have been extremely friendly and accommodating.

Bought tickets from Alex Drummond who works in Flight Centre Elsternwick VIC Australia 
Alex re-assured me over the phone AND email that she have already booked us the Bassinet for our baby and the seats confirmed for our flights prior to our travel 
However we arrived at Hong along for a connecting flight to Tel Aviv (10 hour flight) to find that our seats were NOt BOOKED and no Bassinet was available!!!
Even though Alex emailed twice to confirm it's done and promise to email me back after doing the. Booking
Anyhow we are now stuck in hK airport, luckily airport found some seats for us as the flight aren't full
But no Bassinet for the baby and we have to put our baby on the flour while we eat and go to the toilet  on the flight 
ALL because Alex Drummond did not do ehr job !!!
Ridiculous mistake and VERY upset customer 

Will NEVeR buy from flight centre again !!!
