5 stars! Such a great place to train especially with the lovely Irene at the front desk with my coffee order ready to go and made to perfection. Would definitely recommend.
I found the staff very helpful and friendly. Well equipped gym. As a first time gym user, it has been a great experience, and I am 3 weeks in.
The best gym in the eastern suburbs. Wonderful staff and well maintained facilities. What more can you expect? I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The equipment at this gym is decent, especially for powerlifting, has good staff but some of them are an absolute joke. They’ll harass you over the smallest things—like having a gym bag tucked away, out of the walkway—while blatantly ignoring other members with bags blocking actual paths. It’s clear there’s some selective enforcement going on because my mate and I are constantly singled out, while others get a free pass. If you enjoy being treated unfairly by staff who act like power-hungry hall monitors, this is the place for you. Otherwise, take your money somewhere that actually respects its members.
