Were open 24/7 so where never closed to members.
Our staffed hours are,
9am-8pm Monday-Thursday
9am-7pm Friday
8:00am-12pm Saturday

Our group fitness classes and schedule are hard to beat and what's even better is that ENRG Fitness is big enough to never be overcrowded and leaving you waiting for a machine or bench press!

Excellent Experience. You can learn Muay Thai, Hot Yoga and even Loss Weight at ENRG Fitness. One of the Best Gym so far.

They somehow got my mobile number snd won't stop spamming me. I've called them multiple times, and messaged them, requesting for them to take my number off their list. They were very rude about it and nothing has been done!

The gym was fine until my girlfriend and I decided to end our contract after a year. When we told them our reason for leaving (no longer regularly attending due to other activities), one of the managers mocked and laughed at me and wouldn't stop cracking belittling jokes. Absolutely disgusting "professionalism" and would never recommend anyone to put their money towards a business run by someone so arrogant and close-minded.

My boyfriend and I both signed up for this gym and our year was up so we decided to cancel our membership. Cancellation was due to the fact that I've now taken up aerial fitness (pole and Lyra) and just do classes there rather than work out at the gym. After a few months of Pole my boyfriend also signed up for a males pole class which he loves. Tom at the gym asked the obligatory question 'why are you leaving?', and we explained, and he just laughed at my boyfriend and insinuated that it was 'gay' that he was doing Pole instead of 'lifting weights'. After signing the cancellation forms and exiting Tom even found a females driver license behind the counter and said to my boyfriend 'haha, this should be yours mate'. Completely disrespectful behaviour from him and we are incredibly unimpressed. Could not be more glad that we have cancelled.

The gym area is massive with diverse range of equipment. The staff are awesome & my muay thai kru Neung is a world champ, A1 real thai style Muay Thai and the equipment in muay thai area is excellent. I've been with a few MT clubs & this is the best. Proud to be a member here, from Jason
