Pretty shocking customer service. Grabbed some headphones and just wanted to pay for them. Staff seemed confused about this. Asked if there was warranty on the item told not on accessories… which is untrue. Then asked if I can put it onto my account told I had already paid for them so I can’t…  Pretty average.

Stop scamming customers into buying things making them thing mink they’re getting a discount when you are only downgrading their phone plan to make it cheaper. I’ve heard lots of dodgy things go on to make sales. I returned one of the items I was hoaxed into buying from spark by Niraj. My monthly bill is approx $200 with a phone, plan and TV - although my currently monthly charges show $800!!! It’s almost like you’ve charged me for returning the item I didn’t need in the first place!!! I never was contacted in regards to the survey and feedback I’ve now provided twice for this man. GO TO VODAFONE OR 2Degrees for anything! Also your LG tv is priced more than double than other stores such as Noel leeming , jbhifi Makes sense as to why you’re having to scam people to get your commission ay. Disgusting this service always has been, always will be.

I would like to acknowledge Trina for her outstanding advice , beautiful swell coming smile, an help she has provided today with help an servicing my new iPhone 14.. I found Trina to be very pleasant an informative in her delivery of advice , I would definitely recommend her as a very good sales person to have on any team she chose to associate with.. king regards hemi

The staff there are really knowledgeable and helpful as but if you have a member that is like super knowledgeable they are always getting interrupted for help for other team members that's ok but holds up the person being served. Maybe more staff training will help

Excellent service at Spark shop Palmy Plaza yesterday, Keigan Gaskil. He was patient, sorted out account, then went through technology options slowly and clearly, without that annoying commission drive. Very pleasantly surprised, got exactly what I wanted,  a really good deal, all easily. Thanks Keigan!

Staffmember was conceited and rude. They spoke to me as if I was stupid. They were not helpful at all. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever go to this store.

Boy with surname patel came to serve us. When asked how much the apple watch is , shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know. Then he pushed buttons on the iPad and said the battery is flat. He asked do we want to know how much it is , went away and told us " that one is 400 and something " so we left and purchased at another shop. Not many items in the store to remember prices of .

Good speedy service.  Nice spacious new store with in-store cafe to come

They've stopped selling Bluetooth handsfree ear pieces. They were helpful with where to purchase one though.

Rude staff talking to each other in foreign languages while serving you. They done things on my account without my consent then just laughed when told, including one of the manager's.
