Unfriendly staff. Especially the manager. She has yet not after 3 visits managed to sort out issues with billing that is incorrect. She is basically yelling at myself and my husband and telling us off. Very dissatisfied.
The young Lady that served us was so helpful we are changing to spark

The two young women in the store provided exceptional service - knowledgeable, obliging and with a smile. They not only met my needs and expectations, they truly exceeded by providing a service numerous calls to the call centre had been unable to resolve. Absolute stars
Great service great people very helpful
I do not recommend this store. Very poor customer service. Girl had no idea what I was after and just repeatedly said she had never heard of what I was needing. Having staff who fully understand English language may also be helpful and save customer frustration.
