In store staff are great. The product I bought is very good. The so called Noel Leeming Technical Support in this instance was non existent. The man on the end of the phone told me that they do not hold a licence to deliver advice on my Eufy Security Camera. Oh but it gets better...I phone Eufy Australia...hold a very long time...I then get an automated prompt saying "..... .we may get back to you". Really! Oh and they mean it. Never heard from them. Fortunately I managed to get back to the local store having survived NL very messy 'front end' and a lovely staff member was able to assist me as she had first hand knowledge of the product. Thank you. To NL management ...your front end is messy. It always a barrier to service. Scrap it! Do offer Technical Support for all products you sell. Not just some of them.
Good friendly and efficient staff and purchase well priced.
My problem took a lot of time to fix, as it was a complicated one, but the staff were so patient with everything. So a big thumbs up for that
