DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! We ordered a top of the line swim spa with solar, and the solar component wasn't fitted. They are not responding to calls or emails to refund us the $2.5k for this kit. THEY STILL HAVE OUR MONEY AFTER OVER A MONTH OF CHASING!!!!! We've had nothing but trouble with this company. The brackets on the panels were all bowed when the spa arrived too, so we had to replace those. Their Customer Service manager should be immediately dismissed. APPAULING SERVICES. You have been warned.

It has been 12 months and I continuously get text messages about sales. I have type STOP to opt out but it is not delivered. You need to stop these annoying texts to peoples mobile phones

We purchased a Swim Spa (Swim Stream 342) via Just Spas in Hallam in late 2015. A year and a bit later and the 'poo'l is going great. The kids love it and the adults even more. Spa features are great, the long seat a bit of a waste, the jets are strong but if you want it for real swimming consider the extra jet (we don't need it - our young kids swim or float down even with one jet on). After sales service was excellent, they came to stain the wood and it came out looking beautiful (and has kept its colour despite the splashing). The radio is fun but can't hear it from the small speakers when the jets are on. I may hook it up to external speakers as there is that option (plenty of wires). We love this product. Yes it will set you back a bit but it is a lifestyle choice and the health benefits are priceless. We no longer look for hotels with spas or pools when we go on holidays.. There is nothing like our home pool in terms of cleanliness, privacy and enjoyment. If there is anything negative to say is that I wish we got ours with the WIFI module but besides that we are very satisfied as we use it all year round (ours is under cover).

We have had an awful experience with spa industries and 1 year later still have a faulty spa that has had to be replaced once and still does not work properly. Spa industries customer service has been awful at best. The spa that we paid over $15 000 fro to help us relax now causes us nothing but frustration anger and anxiety. DO NOT purchase a spa from this company!!!!

We have been trying to resolve issues with our spa for almost a year. (It's still unresolved by the way) I'd love to include all the details but here's an overview: -Spa delivered in June (wrong cover, broken filter box door, didn't have the features we ordered and the speakers were mounted that low that when 2 people got in the spa they were submurged. Oh, and they were mounted 2 cm higher on one side) -Called straight away to express concerns (sales reps were 'unavailable' on delivery day) -After numerous lengthy conversations (including advice from fair trading) we were able to convince Spa industries that the spa was not and would never be what we ordered, they agreed to replace it with a new spa, which would even be the 'new model'. -Mid June told the spa would be replaced by Sept 17. -Aug 21 I rang Just Spa to see where things were up to. No one had contacted me to follow up. Was advised the spa would be delivered in 2 weeks -Sept 22 still no spa -Oct 5 wifi stops working. -Oct 5 rang Just Spa and requested a refund, was hung up on. Called back and told I'd have to deal directly with spa industries. -Nov 24 new spa was delivered, just spa rep failed to turn up again as promised. (it was not the 'new model' as promised and it had the wrong cabinet colour) -Rang spa industries and was told it is a 'new spa' and they no longer did the cabinet colour we ordered. Was told I could paint it whatever colour I liked..... -we are currently trying to get a leak repaired, the cover replaced because it pools water and the wifi system has failed again. -My strong advice, do not buy from Spa Industries. There's got to be a better option. This has been a very stressful ordeal and we feel we have not been looked after or treated fairly.
