We would like to thank the staff at Spafix for the service and repairs to our spa. We can now get back to finally having a relaxing spa after a few unsuccessful attempts at other businesses. All staff conducted themselves on a professional and courteous manner at all time. Stacey in Customer service was very professional in her contact with us in the quote, the follow up and confirming the day before to ensure all was in place. The service and repairs were carried out by Byron and he completed the task with technical competence and was continuously updating us on the progress throughout - he was not leaving until all was operational and we were happy. SO PROUD TO RECOMMEND MY SPAFIX TEAM!!!! I have the BEST TEAM!! Check out the email from one of our Happy Customers received this afternoon. "Thanks to the very helpful guys at SpaFix,, we have our swim spa back up and running in time for this very hot Australia day long weekend. After having paid for 3 separate service calls (with 2 other companies), without fixing anything :(.. I was recommended by a friend to call SpaFix. I called Monday very cranky & DESPERATE as hosting a bbq this weekend and need the spa working. The incredibly friendly team at SpaFix bent over backwards to get their service guys out here today.. I was not an easy customer & am sorry to say that they copped the grunt of my frustration. They were all delightful & they fixed it in about half an hour.. Professional & reliable.. If only I had called them 1st before wasting time and money with the unqualified boys the other "so called" spa expert companies.. LEGENDS!! MY KIDS ARE SO HAPPY!!!! The worst possible service ever! I requested a booking to fix a spa at my rental property. The booking was made for Monday 13th November 2017. This repair was urgent as I explained that I wanted the Spa fixed prior to the new tenants arriving. I was then called on Monday afternoon asking for $132, payment which I did, requested a report on the Spa and told it wont be ready until Tuesday. I then call and messaged Spafix on Tuesday afternoon for an update on the call out, no reply or response. On Wednesday at 9am I received a text saying that they will be in touch today, (this is now Wednesday) still no report, but paid in full ! I then get a text we can do your Spa tomorrow????? Still no report or update so I call! I am then told, Oh sorry, we couldn't do anything the other day, no electricity and we couldn't access the Spa ???? Why not a phone call ? Terribly disappointed in this customer service, would not use this company again!
