I love the customer service here from the 2 men who work here. They are very helpful and friendly. I came here today to send a parcel. Fast service and very helpful staff. Great location with lots of parking.
Extremely rude shop owner !The younger guy was professional but the older man needs a lesson or two in civil etiquettes. Rather than addressing the issue with a parent , the older man had the audacity to tell off my child twice in my presence ! Why keep cheap ware for children on display if you do not want children to touch them ? I had no hesitation in saying I rather go to a $2 Chinese shop than come back to this rude shop owner ! My child left in tears and we are never returning to this store. Terrible such level of Customer Service is coming to NZ !
Exceptionally helpful service here. They order in huge numbers of postage bags for our business and when they see our car they bring a trolley out for the packages. Super helpful and friendly. Plus it's easy to park close by. Have a friendly chat with these guys - we discussed our needs and now they make things so much easier for us than other post shops.
Posted some Christmas mail from here to the UK , along with a few heavy boxes. Great Service and Fast processing by the staff as per usual. Thankyou so much!!
Definitely need to update the operating hours on website and NZ Post website. Don't say you're open until 5.30pm if you are not, even if it's a temporary adjustment. Rushed there after work and turned up to a dark closed shop.

Went there to send my parcels as I'm running a Small Online Business, only to be shoo'ed away for no reason. I asked them why, they didn't give me a definite answer. They only said that they won't be delivering my parcels due to my parcels having "problems" with it. What nonsense. I've been sending parcels and I've never experienced being denied of service. Never going back to this establishment ever. Also reported them to the upper people at NZ Post and they answered that what they did was weird and not part of their service as Postal Workers in Aotearoa. Goodluck to whoever manages this branch lmao. Utterly bad customer service. Goodluck.

I requested a small track and trace package on Dec.28th.2021 to be sent away within NZ.I did a check up Jan.5th.2022,my package should be at it's destination .Apparently it's still in NZ Post Centre Southgate Takanini Went there Wed.5th.yesterday only to see IT'S CLOSED----- SERIOUSLY BAD SERVICE
