I really did not like south camp. There are no cooking facilities at all. No microwave, no sink. Nothing. Most hotels have something. The rooms are really small with no beside table. The staff may best be described as friendly, but not much more. I was very disappointed. A small vamp kitchen , or a barbeque in the open area would be fine. The showers are nice.
Good things come in small packages. Inspired design provides everything the touring couple needs in a compact but extremely comfortable cabin. The wifi is strong, the bed luxurious, the bathroom a joy with fire hydrant water pressure from the rain shower or hand shower. Every space is utilised with hidden drawers, cupboards and shelves. The lights are energy saving and technology extends even to the retractable blinds. The kitchenette has a brilliant miniature sink. There are some old vinyl LPs in mint condition and a record player to enjoy them. The complex is central and convenient, there is guest parking as well as the brewery and cafe. It’s peaceful and quiet and we spent a very restful night.
This is the most average meal I have had in a very long time. We had fish tacos, cauliflower tacos, chips, kids burger and a kids snack plate. The food had no flavour - cardboard would have been more appetizing. We couldn’t even finish it. Very disappointing considering I paid $108 for dinner. We will not be coming back here again.
What an excellent place to stay in Dunsborough. The room was small but very well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom better than some hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The grounds are peaceful and pleasant and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were going to a wedding with an early start and our request for early check-in was happily accommodated. Thanks so much for making our stay so effortless. A great experience.
Awesome place to stay, great location right in the centre of town, walking distance to everything. Rooms are ideal! just what you need for a quick getaway. great ambiance around the rooms great lawns, relaxing and tranquil.nWill definitely be planning to stay again and try out the brewhouse.
