Doctors here are pretty good. However, beware of The Receptionist (her name is Caroline)! She is extremely unhelpful, rude and not understanding to patients needs. When asked for her assistance over the phone she would do it as if she's doing you a massive favour and that your request is unimportant to her. Would have given this place 5 Stars but because of my experience with the receptionist, this place deserves 1!

This staff service in that GP is so bad.. Whenever I have called that lady, she always says bossy and rude. She said I need to book for long consultation and she said I am wrong even if I have done same service by bulk bill for 3 years. So I asked if it is changed but she said it is not changed. Then she keeps saying to book long consultation. This lady should be re-educated what is the her role. I will never come back again there, Bye~~~~

Called them last minute on Saturday. The receptionist very kind to advise me with my issue and able to help me to slot me in into an appointment last minute. Very grateful! The doctor that we saw, she was very kind and very pro, and give us a very good advise on our symptoms. 

Clean and nice place as well, very well recommend. not like those GP where you walk in and they don't listen or care about you.
