I've seen my fair share of GP clinics and I can confidently say that the doctors, nurses and reception staff here are some of the best I've seen! They're respectful, compassionate and thorough, and I know whenever I go there I'll be looked after really well, whether it's for injections, scripts, or general checkups! Would 100% recommend Dr Peta Cornwall to those looking for a trans-friendly GP. Thank you so much!

I had such a lovely experience with Dr Kate Jackson. The first doctor I’ve seen that I felt really listened to me and gave helpful suggestions! Very happy with the service and would recommend to all my family and friends 10/10

Used to be a great practice, but by the looks of it they have a lot of new reception staff which are beyond rude on the phone and in person and could not care less about the patients/customers. Have some good doctors but unfortunately the organization and management of the practice is seriously lacking. I've waited 1.5hrs with my 13-month old for a pre-booked appointment with the nurse that could have been done by any medical professional in 5 minutes before being told that it was just going to be "a little bit longer" meanwhile there's doctors with obviously nothing to do but standing around and having a good old laugh and chat, the waiting area full and children crying and whining. I walked out. No one followed up on where I was or what happened even though I was obviously booked in and apparently should've been next. Hate to know what would happen to elderly and confused patients that wander off. End of line: DO NOT GO THERE.

Booking made can’t see doctor if you have a cough or flu like symptoms can’t use the back door because it’s full make another booking they say wait another month to get in might as well find another Practitioner cause Southside Medical SUX  That was the the supervisor response did the right thing to let staff know the condition of my wife who had to get a ambulance to the hospital for a inhaler with steroids an antibiotics  was diagnosed that she did not have COVID at the hospital but had pneumonia why have a back door if you can’t use it at time of appointment but could of used main entrance without notifying staff of her condition

Dr Leh Low is truely awesome. Friendly, patient and a GSOH. She has helped me very much. 10/10!

Lovely receptionist,  the nursing staff are incredible, and my doctor is the very best, they also offer doctors that specialise in different fields which is exceptional
