A couple of my artistic friends were exhibiting their work at West Australian Society of Arts being held there. It's a nice venue for this type of event as the exhibition area is spacious, light and airy and there is ample parking for visitors.
Open community place. Always use for various activity at weekend. Went there for plant show, love it and cant wait for the next one in Sept/oct 23.
Went for eldest son's cubing competition. Easy to get to, loads of parking, and even enjoyed the park at the oval next to it during the day with the younger boys.
The Rotary Club of Pinjarra recently did an art board set up at this venue for the Society of Artists. The venue was excellent for our set up with good power supply to our lighting to fully display the art works. I think the artists were pleased with the display and they had quite a successful weekend with quite a few sales.
The Rose Society of WA held their spring rose show here. I have never been here and was not sure what to expect. The parking lot was nearly full so that's a good sign. Spacious parking bays and very attractive front entrance. The interior is spacious and there is a little breeze way when you come in. We were greeted by a couple of members of the rose society who were taking entrance money $5 and selling raffle tickets. They had some potted roses in the room for sale and a few tables with some pamphlets and rose products.
Nice and neat place for small functions for 300 persons. Good, nice kitchen, lot of parking, spacious lobby.
It was okay ! The layout was fine, and was easily accessible for disabled people and people who need it. Its just unfortunate the toilets were fairly dirty after a convention.
We held a charity quiz night for the ONESIGHT foundation catering for 200+ people and there was ample room for more. The kitchen facilities were awesome, twin large fridges and an ice machine.. Ample bins for recycling and general rubbish were available downstairs and the lift access for loading and unloading the kitchen was the icing on the cake. We will definitely use this venue again... Be aware, when told that you need to be out by a certain time there is no leeway on that exit time, if you run late your swipe card doesn't work and you cant lock the entrance doors to the building. You need to call the security company at a charge to attend and lock up.
Modern. Well maintained. Good access to the hall via the front steps and the good lift from the lower carpark. Excellent natural lighting.
I visited it on the occasion of the Durga Puja 2019, organised by the Bengali Association of Western Australia. I liked the spacious Hall.
