I would have liked the service center to have called me up and updated me on the status of the car. I would like more interaction with the service technicians in the future. Thank you

Really seamless service. Plenty of parking immediately adjacent to the entrance to the service desk, and immediate service on arrival. Ash was friendly and customer focussed. The courtesy car was fabulous and easy to drive, and I was called during the service about a failed headlight bulb to ask if I wanted it replaced. Only minor but pleased they went to the effort of contacting me. Highly recommend SAM at the airport!

Have always been looked after the Airport branch. Great service and wonderful staff who have always gone extra mile for me. Highly recommended! Affordable available and accessible AAAA massive thanks to Ash Manager who has been really good with getting an appointment for a WOF for my car in the last minute when I wasn’t able to get any appointment’s suitable for me.
