"Welcome to a deeper experience of life. My name is Claudia Bretschneider and I would like to invite you on a journey of self discovery, healing and transformation using my extensive training as a counsellor and transpersonal psychotherapist, yoga therapist and life-long meditation practitioner. From my beginnings in Switzerland life has taken me on my own journey of discovery. I began studying yoga under Salvarajan Yesudian and Elisabet Haich at the age of 15. My training in counselling and psychotherapy began in 1995 working in a psychiatric hospital in Switzerland."

Claudia is obviously a very experienced therapist, able to work in a number of modalities. Claudia's practice is a sanctuary. It is a safe place and she is non judgemental, offering different therapy modalities. I loved the sandplay therapy as well.
