Paid $22 for touch free wash. Just got home and car doesn't look like it's been washed at all. Soap marks in glass and dirt marks still on car. Have used before and good but dreadful today. No contact number .

Expensive $4 minimum. Spent $4 dollars soap took ages to come through as I pushed through the cycles. Cords constant tangling up as I walked around my vehicle. I spent most of it untangling. Then came rinse, cause it took so long for the soap to stop coming through, I didn’t get to finish it. It Wanted another $4 to rinse for a 39 second job, I don’t think so. I wash my car pretty regularly and I find this particular one most un-user friendly and expensive for what it doesn’t do.. UPDATE 2022 improved services. They have obviously taken on ppl feedback. Cords have been replaced. Have found it to be staffed more often now and their equipment serviced and checked more frequently. Still charging the same price but equipment/ facilities/ staff have improved significantly. Have taken my car back twice now.

The young man was a great help and every thing went well. Car looked shiny and clean untill I got home and my cats walked all over it and left dirty paw prints

The team is helpful but some of the machines vacuum don't work and there are no signs, so it's a bit of a pain to try and figure things out.

Best automatic car wash I have ever been to. The car is washed almost totally by hand by the employer before the car is automatically washed! He is so diligent, friendly and happy. Pleasure to go there and the car is cleanest its been.

Good car wash better than most.

Easy to Use and Cost Effective. I paid $70 for a wash and vaccuum at a diferent place, but now I go to the Sorell Car wash and get it all done for $15 or less. I would like a guide on which spray to use and when/what for - helpful for those who want to do it themselves and properly. Attendants always helpful and refunded my money once when it got taken, no problem. Does get busy but people go through it quickly - so one trip around the block and there is a space free, or pick a quieter time :-

I go here once a week & it’s up there with the best , before you write a harsh review about it being expensive or other issues , keep in mind that there is always someone there to help fix an issue unlike others & these places aren’t cheap to run , there are way more expensive ones out there.

Great new addition to the automatic wash. Helpful staff

The service here is 5 stars! Super friendly and helpful, not only does the automatic carwash do its job the guys get in there with a sponge and ensure there is not a spot missed
