On a road trip from Adelaide to Hobart, I cleaned up my car at this location. I met James owner/staff? who was a great person to have a chat with, providing awesome customer service. Regarding facilities, they were easy to use with reasonable pricing. I was impressed by how clean I got the car using their products soap, etc.
James is the very best - Very kind and friendly! There's ample space for everyone! Place is very clean and organized There's a Dog Wash too When you enter Derwent Park Road from Brooker Highway, turn right at the Central Avenue, the Karwosh is to your right Pleasure doing business with you James, will come back again!
I was here this afternoon washing the car and the high pressure water had no soap dispensing therefore it was just plain water and not working as it should on bay 2, so I mentioned it to the attendant and all he could say was “oh sorry!” Well mate what about fixing it or offering to refund. Care factor -1, review out of 5, 1 star.
