Personally I have to say the name of this place speaks volumes they finished my and barbs house lickity quick I love that all the builders were in  onesies from the sonic universe (however there was 2 tails which took away from the experience) either way If youre looking to get a house build this is the place to go and if you dont well "YOURE TO SLOWWW"

Sonic Homes/Associated Construction Services. I have yet to sign off on the completion of our new home, and whilst I am confident that the building in itself is structurally sound, I am upset about the level of customer service after the contracts were signed. Over all the initial conversations, emails and colour consultation, we had always chosen a "grey" theme and had selected an interior paint that was "grey". However, the colour was not confirmed before it was painted and was painted in a different brand of colour that was outdated from the 1980s without any consultation. We had a sewer tank installed right in front of the front door step, when all it took was a bit of care to explain that this would not be the best location as it would be visible.  To have them explain that it's then "not their problem" is quite upsetting.
