Arrived In time but i am still waiting to be called ,although I'm the only one in the room , at this moment Waited 1 Hour. Pick another place if you can.
Customer service needs to be improved and my appointment was 14:20 but I am writing this review at 15:08 and still no calling I am not aure I can make it today when I asked how long I need to wait no answer or information, just doctor would Call you. Poor scheduling and customer service.
Turned up 10 minutes early to appointment then gave up after waiting 50 minutes with no end in sight. Couldn't they just message in advance if they knew they were running behind?
Long waiting times.
Terrible customer service Have no idea what operation they are running but something needs to change How can be here for 3 hours when someone who is doing the same tests and assessments is only here for 1.5 hours Sort it out
Worst of the worst customer service at reception, sonic needs to either get a customer friendly receptionist or pay them well so they value and greet customers properly.
Very friendly and professional team, would highly recommend.
