Called clinic today whereby receptionist advised clinic opened until 5pm...rushed straight from finishing work over to make it there by 5pm arrived before 5pm to be told that doctor is not taking anymore appointments. Just a suggestion maybe it would be a great idea to close the front door and advise patients over the phone that the clinic is not taking any further patients. Since the clinic has changed its operating hours it has made it very difficult to get there. I now have to find new clinic which is really disappointing😠.

Dr Devapriya from Airport Health is honestly, without a doubt the best GP I have seen in my entire life. She actually spends time with you, listens to your questions and is not condescending or rude. I go out of my way to make sure she is the clinician I see whenever the need arises.

4 separate times I have made an appointments for me or my family only to show up and be told that the Doctor isn't there or isn't available and to come back at another time. I have a busy job and a small baby and I don't have time to go back and forth depending on when the Doctor feels like taking the appointments that are booked and confirmed online. There is never any patients in this Doctors surgery, probably because patients need a Doctor who shows up to their appointments.

Very bad experience. My wife and I went for a blood test there. The doctor could draw blood from my wife and myself. From both arms, and 2 weeks later the mark is still there. Never had this problem before. Took my kids there for immunization as well and 2 weeks later they still haven't updated the immunization record.

Made an appointment, turned up to be told no doctor was there for 35 minutes. First appointment of the day! Terrible
