High quality food and a beautiful aesthetic all in a wonderful, quiet spot just outside of Canberra. Only 5 minutes off the Federal Highway, this is one of the nicest highway stops I’ve ever been to. Definitely recommend!

Such wonderful coffee! Such delicious cakes! And my lunch was perfection. Super friendly staff! I will definitely be making the trip out again soon. ❤

Well isn’t this just the loveliest café around! Such a beautiful place, excellent food and coffee. We spent over an hour in the café doing some computer work and having brekkie at 9am and it was pumping with locals and visitors alike. People were greeted on a first name basis and the experience was enough to make us want to move to Collector. Highly recommended.

A pleasant cafe with a good range of eating and drinking options. Outdoor seating available. Friendly staff, and quick service.
