Byron came to install a sink tap at my property. I purchased the tap and kept it ready for him to install prior to him coming. He came and told me the tap I bought was not of good quality. He recommended be to buy another tap and said he is happy to come another day to install it without charging us for the day! He came on a Sunday and installed it! I appreciate your recommendation and advice Byron! Will definitely use your services again.
Byron did an amazing job to fix the issues that were in the bathroom. Initially things did not go to plan but he made it work and am really grateful for his service. He was always willing to help and i will he using him without a doubt for other jobs.Service: Faucet repair
I called Byron at 5.15 pm. He respond my call and said within 45 minutes he will come our premisses. Exactly six o'clock he was in front of our house. We don not have any clue about the issue. But he sove it. Finally draw the diagram and explain everything well. Really professional service and reasonable price. A+ serviceService: Plumbing leak detection
We had an emergency leak at our water meter stop tap at our home in Berwick. I needed someone to fix it. I called Byron and he explained everything to me and told me exactly what I needed to do. He informed me that it was a SE Water issue and I should ring them and they will fix it. It was so good to get an honest trades person who didn't try to make a sale instead he just wanted me to get the best help I can get. It was Saturday morning by the way. I rang SE Water and they are on their way. Thank you Byron for your honesty and help. I will call you next time I need a plumber. Gerard
