We had an emergency leak at our water meter stop tap at our home in Berwick. I needed someone to fix it. I called Byron and he explained everything to me and told me exactly what I needed to do. He informed me that it was a SE Water issue and I should ring them and they will fix it. It was so good to get an honest trades person who didn't try to make a sale instead he just wanted me to get the best help I can get. It was Saturday morning by the way. I rang SE Water and they are on their way. Thank you Byron for your honesty and help. I will call you next time I need a plumber. Gerard
I called Byron at 5.15 pm. He respond my call and said within 45 minutes he will come our premisses. Exactly six o'clock he was in front of our house. We don not have any clue about the issue.
